1.3 Software and Technology
The underlying software, code, algorithms, database structures, and technical systems that power the Naldkub platform are proprietary. You may not copy, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to extract source code from any part of the platform.
2. License Granted to Users
Subject to your compliance with these terms and any applicable subscription or enrollment agreement, Naldkub grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use platform content solely for your personal, non-commercial educational purposes.
This license does not permit you to:
— Share, sell, sublicense, or redistribute any platform content to third parties
— Use platform content for commercial training, resale, or consulting purposes
— Remove, alter, or obscure any copyright, trademark, or proprietary notices
— Store or archive platform content beyond what is technically necessary for personal use within the platform
3. User-Submitted Content
When you submit, upload, or post content to the Naldkub platform — including discussion contributions, assignment responses, feedback, or other materials — you retain ownership of that content.
By submitting content, you grant Naldkub a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to store, display, reproduce, and use that content as necessary to operate and improve the platform. This license is limited to platform operations and does not extend to commercial exploitation of your content.
3.1 Responsibility for Submitted Content
You represent and warrant that any content you submit does not infringe the intellectual property rights of any third party, and that you have all necessary rights, permissions, or licenses to submit such content. You are solely responsible for ensuring your submissions comply with applicable laws and third-party rights.
4. Respect for Third-Party Intellectual Property
Naldkub respects the intellectual property rights of third parties and expects users to do the same. You may not upload, share, or distribute through the platform any content that infringes the copyrights, trademarks, patents, or other intellectual property rights of others.
Content that violates this requirement may be removed without prior notice. Repeated or deliberate infringement may result in suspension or termination of your account.

6. Open Source and Third-Party Components
Certain components of the Naldkub platform may incorporate open-source software or third-party libraries. Nothing in this policy overrides or supersedes the terms of any applicable open-source license.
7. Educational Fair Use
Naldkub acknowledges that some use of copyrighted materials may qualify as fair use or fair dealing under applicable law for educational purposes.
